Find the licences nobody is using
Connect your Google Workspace domain and see what your dormant seats cost. Usually under a minute. We only read: this app cannot remove a licence, and does not offer to.
Connect Google Workspace- Dormancy judged by real Workspace activity, not last sign-in
- Every idle seat priced by the licence it actually holds
- Read-only: this app makes no call that could change your Workspace
Can't I just use the Admin console?
Partly. The console shows last sign-in and will export a user list. What it won't tell you is whether someone has actually used Gmail or Drive since that sign-in — a mailbox left open on a phone keeps a login fresh for months — or what each idle seat costs, because the user list carries no price.
This joins the two: real activity from the Reports API, against the licence each seat actually holds.
What we ask for
- See your users and which org unit they sit in
- See which Workspace apps each user has actually used
- See which licence each user holds
- See whether people holding a paid Gemini add-on used Gemini in Workspace apps
One of these will look broader on Google's own screen. Google offers no read-only permission for licences, so it will ask you to let us view and manage them. We only ever read them: this app makes no call that could change a licence, and its build fails if one is ever added.
We never ask for the contents of Gmail, Drive or Calendar. We read; we don't delete — removing a licence is something you do in the Admin console, never here.
